EverGreen #7112 

This project started in 2018 as a result of our team member’s dream to bring FIRST  to the place they grew up in. After working nonstop to make it happen, our efforts paid off in the form of a fully-fledged FRC team. We guided team #7112, EverGreen, and mentored them on a daily basis in order to help them with any problems and challenges they faced.

We hosted many lessons about essential working skills in our workshop, and for many months after we gave them specific help in constructing, programming, electronics, PR and media. We helped them recruit team members, had meetings with their school board and taught them how to work as a team, and to support and help each other. In 2018, they won all the rookie awards, and even lead an alliance at district 1!

Since we opened them, they have hosted multiple STEM camps, mentored 4 FLL as well as 6 FLL Jr. teams and have completely changed their community using FIRST.
